Comfortable experience there. Satisfactory breakfast for the start of the day with fruit and cheese, for example. Fantastic service from the staff. Late check-out.

I liked compact room in this hotel.
Charming small hotel, the stay was really really nice, marvellous location practically opposite the reforma 222 shopping centre. Booked a room with balcony. The service was great, including a painless check-in...

I recently stayed at the Exe Suites Reforma for a few nights and it was an absolute gift! The room with the balcony on the highest floor provided a breathtaking view of the sunset. The room was comfortable and airy, with a new and quiet air conditioning system. The hotel is located in a quiet area with plenty of cafes and a corner shop nearby. The staff at the reception were kind and attentive. The hotel is also within walking distance of museums and other attractions.
Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Great location near Shopping areas, Zona Rosa and numerous Restaurants, Movie theatre and easy access to other parts of Mexico City.
Our understanding at the time of booking was that all taxes were included in the booking price of US$411 for our stay of 6 nights. HOWEVER, at the check out, we were charged all taxes over and above the room rates. Our total bill was $486 Canadian (about US$472), the bill included about $13 of Telephone charges (very high charges of about $1/minute for local calls!!). So we feel that we were overcharged about US$48.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, with the hotel being in walking distance from 222 Reforma 2 Mall and close to the US embassy. It was also conveniently located near Zona Rosa, where the nearest metro station is. Directly across the Avenida Reforma is an upscale shopping mall with good amenities. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and varied every morning, ensuring that I didn't get tired of having the same breakfast every day. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great service throughout my stay.
Everything was great.

Nice spacious rooms with comfortable kingsize bed and clean look. Great location, just 3 minute walk from la Reforma. A large modern shoppingcentre is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Roomservice from Chili's, Pizzahut and Sushi.
Weak Wifi signal at the 9th floor. Breakfast with little choice.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel close to Paseo de la Reforma, one of the main attractions in this city. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of the reception staff even lent me their MetroBus pass for a day, which saved me some money. The location was perfect, surrounded by commercial premises and monument buildings, and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the hotel facilities were great, including fast internet wifi connection.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
